Guaranteed Lowest Payment Rules and Restrictions

Legal Disclosures Guaranteed lowest payment:

Effective Date: January 28th, 2015

Pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in these Rules and Restrictions of the Guaranteed Lowest Payment, Triton Cptl, Inc guarantees to provide the lowest payment on equipment and working capital approved through Triton Cptl, Inc, for financing terms from 6 to 60 months, or to pay $250 towards qualifying executed financing. Financing payment comparisons must be based on a loan amount in excess of $10,000, for approved purposes, and with the same terms and conditions as those offered by Triton Cptl, Inc within seven days that the Triton Cptl, Inc terms are issued. To be eligible, customers must provide a competitive financing quote without contingencies, in the name of the applicant within seven calendar days of the date Triton Cptl, Inc issues its terms. Guarantee only valid on competitive financing approvals. Unapproved equipment or non-approved use of funds do not qualify for the Lowest Payment Guarantee. Lowest Payment Guarantee also excludes all bank (or affiliates thereof) approved financing offers. In the event that the payment amount from the competing finance company is lower than the payment that is being offered by Triton Cptl, Inc for the same equipment/purpose and pursuant to the same terms, Triton Cptl, Inc will verify the validity and accuracy of the competing finance company’s payment options, and term. Triton Cptl, Inc has the option, in its sole discretion, to either beat the competing finance company’s payment rate, or pay $250 to the applicant. The applicant must provide Triton Cptl, Inc with the competing company’s signed finance agreement with payment terms/options, and take delivery of the equipment. Payments will be made within 30 days, and applicant is responsible for any taxes.

The Guaranteed Lowest Payment is available to both new and established customers of Triton Cptl, Inc. This offer is valid for new financing applications only. The Guaranteed Lowest Payment is not retroactive — a previously funded financing agreement with Triton Cptl, Inc is not eligible for the Guaranteed Lowest Payment. Only non-contingent offers of financing terms and payments are eligible. Offers made to applicant that include subsidization by manufacturers and/or vendors will not be considered in comparing competing offers.

The Guaranteed Lowest Payment may be discontinued at any time without notice. To participate in the Guaranteed Lowest Payment program please forward your financing agreement and vendor quote (if applicable) which you believe will qualify for the program to your Triton Capital Client Advocate.
